History of the Department
In the year 1981, the department opened its door to a wide section of young inquiring minds where electronics an applied branch was started as a major subject in B.Sc., degree course and it was attached to the Physics department till 2006.
In May 2005 the department separated and became independent department.
The department has excellent teaching faculty and separate laboratory facilities with sufficient instruments like CRO, Signal generators, Regulated power supply and different circuit boards for conducting experiments for B.Sc., course.
